The Boston bombers were not from "Russia". Look at a map and see where they came from...right by Afghanistan. And no, the Russians are not wanting to come here. Neither are the Poles. In the past under the Soviet Union they did, but now they actually have a pretty good economy with all the resources they are exploiting.
