To the best of my knowledge folks who are not US citizens, have rights in a limited sense.
One is the right to vote.
another example is Miranda rights : its a Right for a US citizen , a privilege (at best) for a non-citizen. Those that dont qualify, are not eligible for that right.

So, once someone in America gets arrested, you are saying they have no civil rights?
Of course not, but they do not have all of the rights of law abiding citizens. For example, in most states felons give up their right to vote or to legally own a gun. Your illegals never had either of those rights, so they give up less than citizens. Illegal aliens do retain the right of deportation to their country of origin.
