Bill, The bottom line is that it's all funny money. So what if the price difference is rather large. I mean after all it makes for a total win-win. Who loses if MPRS stays stable and GT rises? Not MPRS holders that's for sure and are we going to argue with a rising stock price? I don't think so. Actually the more the gulf widens the more likely the deal is going to go through wouldn't you say? BTW, I can't remember the specifics, is this a straight one for one stock swap that they are talking about? If so then what the hell are we waiting for!? LOL!
