First which number are you asking re S&P. I monitor 7.

If you are asking re S&P bullish percent. off the top of my head it is 77.

If you are asking re S&P near term momentum it's 40.8..

If you are asking re the S&P 30 week it's 86.8

If you are asking re S&P 10 week it's at 73.4

I must caution without seeing the full details the numbers by themselves give you an idea but not a full view.

EX it is easy to determine the 30 week at 86.8 is high yet not know how that fits into the puzzle.

And the 10 week at 40.8 may appear low compared to the 30 week yet a closer look would show the recent bounce and the possible upside and then the down.

Again I use Dorsey and would highly recommend them. However, I have to note seeing the numbers and having a good understanding of them are separate topics.

It can take years to get a full understanding simply because it can take YEARS for a cylce to be completed to understand how a sector or an index responds.

Just because I see a retrace of the spx does not mean DOOM AND GLOOM. It simply means a retrace and as the sectors sell off pulling the index down at some point they will turn back up. As that happens the lows of the spx will be known. Each sector can be seen objectively and one can then make an INFORMED decision versus guessing or being blind sided as many were with GOLD. Yes the long view is 2900 but for the unaware they didn't see 1300 was coming first. Had they been looking at PM sector objectively they would have understood the sector needed to roll and then do the work to determine how deep.

Hope it helps.
