This just in from another investor. I had the information this morning, but was sitting on it. (As those on the LIST know already.) --- Date: Fri, 5 Dec 1997 10:52:02 -0600 Riley, I just spoke with the company, they expect the $10,000,000.00 to be wired today and the merger to be completed today. I would expect an announcement soon. I was also told: 1) They expect to begin construction of the new water facility as soon as the money is Received. The plans and everything are all in place. 2) They expect to put half of the money into the Dominican Republic manufacturing facility to advance the clothing line. 3) Financials will be out before the first of the month.
