I also would like to express my thanks to MJB. He has IMO great insight to the metals market and I anticipate that his continuing guidance will continue to profit us in 1998. Keep up the good work.
PS to mjb :
Hope your keeping your handicap up for next year.

Tue 17 Feb 98 News Release
Mr Carl Di Placido reports
A multiple of parallel silver-gold bearing quartz veins within a large
monzonite intrusive were discovered by company geologists. The recently
staked 15,000 hectare property, referred to as the Los Nidos property, is
100km northwest of the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
The property consists of numerous, widespread pits, trenches, adits and
underground workings over an area of about 1km by 1km with many of the
veins striking in a general northerly direction. Outcrops are scarce but
widespread gossanous areas with an abundance of precious metal-bearing
quartz floats suggest the area to have an excellent potential for the
discovery of high grade silver-gold deposits. No exploration is known to
have taken place in the area over the past 50 years.
Chip samples taken from old trenches and workings with each sample
representing one vein structure assay as follows:

Sample Ag Au Pb Width
g/t g/t % m

102 106 0.22 - 0.40
106 280 4.80 0.84 1.10

Bulldozer work, additional sampling and mapping of the area are in
progress.
