Which dell system, and show us your source. Dont say steve says so.

jim, of course I'm not blaming dell on this...
but, we are having trouble.
we know what to do now..
the issue is it drops the config on your components like the cd-rom etc.
and there are a few other things.
I really don't want to clutter the thread with these issues since the dellites go beserk..
I will talk via email only on this.
this issue was so bad that it somehow messed up a motherbd on new dell.we just got it back....
to our surpirse the put the newer version of win 95 on it too.
nice of them.
if someone calls me a liar on this..
I'll fax them the repair ticket<ggggggg>
