lol, that's true. I have had my first three fresh spring king salmon meals. Kings are the first of our five species of salmon to spawn and in the spring the are big and fat.

Interestingly, I have heard many people find kings a bit strong. I don't know what that means, they don't taste strong to me, just wonderful, and the farmed Atlantic salmon seem bland to me.

But you folks have a geater variety of fish than we do and I do get tired of the same couple of species. And I pretty much just eat seafood. I prefer it to steak, which I think is good.
