In addition - What concerns me (short-term) is the large volume trades 10,000+ appear to be going at the bid or an 1/8 to 1/6 below bid today. That alarms me that this is short interest willing to buy into this stock at this level.

IMHO. Go long QNTM - just watch your allocation in the short-term.

QNTM's short interest does not move a lot from month to moth a therefore can't be moving the stock alot. If the shorts consider their past profits in deciding to short more here they are as stupid as if they believe Quantum should be down as much as the others.
