That's why many times I look for Activist shareholders of all walks who move in on such a company. I also look to who the major 13d holders are, and how long they have been complacent for. This is more of the speculative appeal factor build into stock price. I look for sometimes. P.S. for some old time investors who looked at proxy material. They might even remember the late Lewis Gilbert and his cumulative voting campaign.
