PT bot 5100 @ $5.13, adding back shares in this European telecom I sold in January at $5.37. The market is in melt-up mode, and I want to be back into PT. The European sovereign debt mess isn't resolved, but also isn't going to get worse, so I think (absent a recession or exogenous shock), PT has bottomed, and will go flat to up. PT pays a 7.8% dividend yield, and does half its business in Brazil and Africa. A LT holding, but I will buy the dips and sell the rallies to try and reduce my average cost.
