I hope I can put this private placement thing to rest. I made another call to Fred Betz---what a tolerant man! The PP shares went to 5 institutions and one private investor. As part of the agreement with the SEC and the PP, the shares needed to be registered with an S-3 filing. The S-3 was filed in October and the SEC came back with a list of questions that needed to be answered. These have been addressed and sent back today. If there are 6 participants in the PP, it doesn't stand to reason that they would all choose to dump their shares on the market at the same time for a piddly profit of one or two bucks a share. BTW, we just had an earthquake as I was typing,it may be a message for me to listen to Skip and get off this subject. Jan
