Rick W. / Current Thoughts

You asked "Any update to your thoughts and opinions with the current forcasts and results with respect to your selections todate??"

Yes, I am taking a position that this is not the time to be into speculative issues. Check out my MARKET ACTIVITY comments for day ending Wednesday at KERM'S KORNER.

Bottom line, quality companies - as well as those with successful high impact plays are in. Speculative issues are out. These will be the companies whose shares will lead the recovery in this market sector.

My thinking in the service sector is a bit to the contrary. Recovery will occur with the quality names, however I believe greater share appreciation will occur in the young upstart companies whose business plans have been exceeded in terms of real growth. Hyduke Capital Resources is a fine example. Their report is due out within a week and it should be a good one. Watch for it.
