Hi Karl,

I came on here and condemned myself when I was wrong about the direction of the stock price. I feel it would be very nice to have one or two of bears offer a compliment on my call that there would be financing for the company and that it may be broken down into parts. I think that is only fair .... don't you ?

One of the problems we have ... are shareholders (like Dave) who don't know their
assay from a recovery (in the ground!)

There are two primary benefits of this PR

1.) IPM isn't going bankrupt anytime soon
2.) Some very knowledgeable investor(s) with big bucks is willing to step up to the
plate based upon their faith in BRX.
