Yes, all the time in my stock account... this morning I bought the UDOW, UPRO, TQQQ, TNA, and SOXL for my stock account... I also bought the FAS and the TMV this morning... and I'm already long the UGL, AGQ, and the PPLT in that same account... I think those ETF instruments are very excellent trading vehicles, and in many way much better than the futures contracts because you can control the risk by the number of shares you buy... to short the SP, I buy the SPXU, and so on...
