Re: Lawsuit, IPO front running Valentino, that you posted the lawsuit text was fine and honorable. I get your above point. I think it's valid and - sadly - most likely true. My point simply was that I despise these kind of lawsuits and their representatives. I'm sick and tired reading and hearing about "shareholders" lawsuits. Do you know about the "brotherhoods of front-running" first-hand or via friends and/or conversations? Thomas

The guy at Bear Sterns does his JOB right...researches all the channels, talks to the resellers etc. then deciphers all this data and spits out a number that's close to the truth and whamo......someones leaked the info. to him! No way. If you go on thinking this way you might as well hang up investing..... I bet you think football, baseball, elections etc. are all fixed as well
