Civil War? Who is talking about civil war? Are you trying to stir something up? According to a two day old poll by Farleigh Dickinson U, almost half of all Republicans believe that in the very near future an armed revolution might be necessary. What's interesting is that Rs think they are the only ones who are upset. Where I work, there is an online chat room where employees can hang out. People mostly just goof around. However, about two months ago, a 'screaming' match broke out between southerners and northerners...........I was pretty surprised. [And no, I did not participate.] It just happened that the northerners were really up on what's happening politically while the southerners in question were pretty uninformed.....so it got really ugly. Of course, there are new rules for the chat room......no political talk or trash talking is allowed. But the fact something like that actually happened shows how much things have changed. Ten years ago, there were few northerners paying attention to political issues and political stances in the red states. No longer. Many more people are acutely aware of what is happening......and they don't like what they are seeing. The Rs treatment of Obama has been particularly galling. So Rs can threaten an armed revolution all they want but they need to stop thinking they will be the only participants.
