The other one......not so much. ;) Liberals essentially suspended the Constitution in the process, treating American citizens as criminals. And in the process, giving these terrorists precisely what they wanted. They didn't give a shit whether they got away with it; they just wanted to see American freedoms diminished and that's precisely what they did. I don't consider that a "win". The Boston bombing was a huge victory for jihad, in every respect.
