Rob, Floyd said that the current TA was obviously having problems with all the certificates etc... and that their performance was poor in this time of need. He said that the TA currently handles 150 companies and is just to busy. He also said that the new TA was going to be much closer to their home office. For what it's worth, I got the impression that he knew the current TA well enough to know that the reason for all the delays and screwups were not some conspirecy of the MMs like most of us might have believed. They were just over their heads. Anyways, I liked what I heard and have more questions for him. It was amazing though, I somehow knew it was him before he even told me his name, he has a BOOMING voice! Mike
