Obviously price performance of the stock hasn't met expectations (probably an understatement!)

What a lot of folks don't seem to understand is going from A to Z isn't always a smooth road in what is obstensibly an R&D company ... especially a small company. There are hitches along the way ... and they're not always foreseen.

You're giving too much credit to their PR writing expertise ... I don't think there's a devious intent or a master plan to deceive investors through obfuscation in their PR's.

Instead ... what the PR's show is a bit of naivete and inexperience in shareholder communications ... and this is indeed unfortunate ... not to mention costly.

However ... the fundamentals of BRX haven't changed ... and the company will be vindicated.

Sorry you took a loss on your investment.

BobS... I think you are wrong and what YOU ARE DOING is unethicle!

>I stick around because I think IPM is unethical and anyone interested in investing in IPM from here on should be made aware of the company's past behavior.<

I think you bought into a very speculative stock. The market has crashed which means that there are not many buyers out there. No buyers means low prices for everything. There are some fantastic stocks that are down the same percent or more than IPM. Do you think that they are all scams? You've made a decision that you can't prove. The SEC nor any other regulators have closed IPM down. So you decide it's a scam and you are going to educate the world. Geezeeeeeeeeeee, that's really bad. I think you are making excuses. My guess is that you ought to be in US T Bonds. Now somebody buys in with $1.25M and Bateman is coming on. How are you going to go back to people in a few months and say "gee, I'm sorry I lied to you, you really shouldn't have listened to me and should have bought in when it was only a dollar, oops, it's now $1.50?"

Bob, if you think IPM is unethicle, prove it! If not, how in the world do you think you have the right to run down the street shouting that someone is a crook. That's how people end us getting sued! Think about it. The interenet is very public. Being on it sure doesn't grant anyone immunity from paying for doing something wrong.
