Unfortunately, I don't think we'll see a follow up.
This is the reason why we need to continue electing Republicans to Congress. They pretty much had to drag Obama kicking and screaming into the sequester that he himself agreed to.

No doubt the Democrats will take credit for the falling deficit, even though it will still be more than twice the max of the Bush deficits. Same with the recovering economy, as your liberal friend demonstrated.
