So you agree that high debt to GDP does not necessarily lead to a failing economy.

And, by extension, austerity measures are not helpful when the economy is recovering.


The people looking at our debt are consistently, in lock-step, vastly undercounting it, as I've pointed out to you.

When debt is a large multiple of GDP, as ours is, it is a huge, if not fatal, problem.

As to "austerity", I'll let you know when I see some. To date, it hasn't happened.
