Gentlemen: It's time for action. The window of opportunity for Advanced Materials has come and gone. Are we shareholders going to quietly sit by and watch management take what is left of our investment and take it to zero? We need to organize and either put sufficient pressure on management to rid itself of Advanced Materials, or vote the current board out and replace them with Directors who will make shareholder's interest paramount. Quadrax has great products, great technology, patents in place, and market for products. It is truely unfortunate that the current managment has not found a way to sell their products. However, the window of opportunity is clearly gone, and we need to take positive steps to preserve our remaining investment. Victor can be made viable. Advanced materials cannot be made viable under the present conditions. Are we going to continue to complain about management and bicker amonst ourselves, or are we going to be proactive? Roger
