There maybe teaching going on but there isn't any learning going on in the bottom 50%. They don't read and maybe they can't, they don't do their assignments or homework if even assigned. All the tests are multiple choice. Don't have to write essays or short stories or research papers. In essence you learn nothing. It's just a big babysitting operation and a chance for the guys and gals to find people to hook up with and network for drugs. It's like watching TV. No work, just attend and maybe listen.
