Of course it was about Viet Nam.

I worked for Gene McCarthy's primary campaign in Oregon, where he won, and went down to California to work on his campaign there. I was there when Robert Kennedy was shot. Between McCarthy, Kennedy, LBJ, Humphrey and the Chicago convention fiasco, the Dem party was in pieces.

I have a lot of stories and memorabilia from that time, and although I was totally against our involvement in the Vietnam war, I had no time or use for those cheering for the Cong or the North, like mutton head Jane Fonda or stupid protesters chanting "Ho Ho Ho Chi Minh, Viet Cong is gonna win".
