Not right now. We have to wait a while. It takes about 6 to 8 years for the effect to kick in. The policies adopted by Bush in 2003 and 2004 and the wars had its full effect after Obama took office.

The jobs that fled overseas improved the lot of the middle class in countries such as India and China. But it was at the expense of the middle class here. And that caused the gap here.

Take Novartis for example. The Supreme Court of India recently ruled that they do not have any patent rights for their drugs. So Novartis licks its wounds and are now slowly crawling back to good old US of A.Johnson and Johnson have had to recall drugs because of poor Quality and contamination introduced by the poor quality of work by overseas labor as well as their work ethics. These recalls increased their drug costs. so what do you think they are doing.

I hear all this cry about rich and poor and the great divide. It has intensified after Obama came into office. But I do not read anywhere why this is so. Why did this happen and how can it be remedied. It is not tax disparity. That is a temporary cause. But jobs is the long term cause.
