Have you looked at preferred stocks lately? They are all way over their value should they be retired for any decent yield. NAV isn't that big of a thing to me, you pay the price and you get a decent yield with terrific management. I also have several preferred stocks that pay over 7% but could be called. You may be right, but sometimes return trumps cost in my book but then again my investing style doesn't fit everyone. Just trying to put some money in different pots.

I have never bought a CEF at a premium to NAV and never will. It is a loosing proposition in general.
