There's nothing illegal about his actions with Monica. Hell if she was 18, she would be legal. But in the business world, if the CEO of a company bangs the receptionist, that is an imbalance of power that is inherently sexual harassment. And then if you bring age into it, the guy was in his 50s, she was half his age. Hell, I'm not even a high powered executive and if I was banging a 25 year old there isn't anybody out there who wouldn't label me a perv. Liberal hypocrisy knows no bounds.
