All the BDCs get early repayments, with fees attached. If your business plan works out and you eventually qualify for lower rates elsewhere, why not pay it off? It is part of what makes NII lumpy. At least right now, they all seem to be saying their is more business than money to lend.

"For the March 2012 quarter, a quarter positively impacted by significant event-driven income activity related to exits in the portfolio, our NII was $58.1 million or $0.51 per weighted average number of shares for the quarter."
