The entire concept of "disability" is that it is for people who CANNOT work. The whole concept of disability is to assist people who are disabled. If it were as you suggested, the average payment would be considerably larger. In fact, the average payment size is so small it forces the disabled to work.......they have no choice if they want to stay off the street. But you fuckheads have insured that the program is punitive at best.
