It appears Mr. Tejek is speaking from first hand experience.

The whole concept is to provide supplemental income to people who CANNOT work because of their disability.

Supplemental income? What's the other source of income?

It was never intended to be some free money source as you clearly view it.

Its intended to keep people from being homeless. And its pretty ineffective.

The determination of "disability" for the purpose of the program is whether someone can work. If they make more than $1,040/month, they are not considered disabled for purposes of the program.

Yes, they are, o wise one. People who are disabled can work if they can find work that accommodates their disability. My complaint is they make it damn hard for a disabled person to find work. Its the equivalent of tying one of their hands behind their back. And you've got to know that a fucking R asshole is behind that aspect of the law.

This program, by the way, was dreamed up BY Liberals, NOT conservatives. So bitch at your ownselves, not conservatives.

Of course, liberals started the program, jackass.. Rs don't give a shit about anyone but themselves. Everyone knows that.

IF A PERSON CAN WORK, YOU FUCKTARD, THEY AREN'T DISABLED.

Yes, they are dickhead. Do some of that famous reading on the subject you claim to do all the time.
