The value and necessity of universal pre school is common sense dude!
The value and necessity of a family with 2 parents is common sense dude. You want the govt to substitute for the family.

Studies show it isn't that valuable.

But the main point of my posting that to you was as a response to your claim that school choice weakens public schools. It doesn't, the competition brings out greater performance from the public schools.
