WP8 is not catching in that way. It may be gaining some traction but that traction is coming from very low numbers, is slow going and still in single digits. Eventually WP8 is going to hit a growth wall probably around 9-13%. And then what? Nokia has nearly 4 billion shares and it needs massive YoY sales growth. Not to mention their D&S is still not profitable in 2013? What you are hearing is investor frustration who have seen Nokia implode from $11 in 2011 to $3.50 in 2013 while the S&P has hit all time highs during the same period.
