yeah. this is the last, best hope for anyone below the DIP. i'd love to get audio of the may 9 hearing to get some color on the judge's impression of the asset sale. it seems the judge has been wary of the DIP's intentions from the early stages of the BK proceedings. also, now with clipper actually flowing and the NPI/ORRI claims perhaps skating on thin legal ice, i wonder if Isgur doesn't balk at approval.

unfortunately, i think the unsecured creditors could have a better chance of a few crumbs handed to them than the 2nds, given the intercreditor agreement that has basically silenced the 2nd lien holders since the beginning. squeaky wheel gets the grease and such.
