Caroline--I have zip for charting skills.
I normally can recognize a 'bear' pattern if it is pointed out to me.
I do have some ability to figure out a stocks prospects for the next six months to a year though so I will take a look. I will get back to you. May take a while.

Caroline--I didn't fully wring our KLIC but I think I can offer a few things.
This is a good solid company, a market leader in it's field with a lead in many aspects of the related technology and a broad base of products. What I saw was enough to set me thinking about a long here. This the type of company I did well on earlier in the year. An undervalued market leader with solid prospects and gaining in revenue and profits.
This leaves one with the question of why have they started down so fiercely. I did not check out what originated it but I can see the cause pretty clearly. In the last two reported quarters the shares outstanding have increased by 3.7 million or almost 20%. That type of share increase takes a lot of digesting. That much selling into the company will result in shakey longs leaving besides the sheer impact of the increase.
I would hold this position from what I have seen. If the influx of shares stops this company is in a good position to move up. I have read a couple of sources saying semi's are likely to be growing for the next few years (the sources may have influenced each other one never knows but it still looks good to me). My hold reccomendations mean just that incidentally. Not the classic hold=dump of the typical analyst.
