Simplicity isn't judging, she's is asking that people use words that are appropriate to their definitions. She pointed out the definition of "hero" and somebody saving themselves may be brave, but that in itself doesn't merit the title "hero". It has nothing to do with knowing Amanda Berry. It is about using the language properly.

Ted, I don't see any judgementalism in Simplicity's post. She's just arguing over semantics and how the meaning of the word "hero" has been diluted these days.

It's fine if you disagree with her. I don't agree with everything she says, either. But apparently some people, like Alex, can't disagree with conservatives like her without acting like a total jackass.
