Many forget the FED in late 2007 wanted the spx at 1100 from the 1560 area and to do so they didn't cut rates the .50. They cut by .25 and down that spx came. As it dropped many were caught looking at that RED LINE at 1600 and watched stock upon stock drop and yanking options with them. The FED KNEW there was exposure and did what they could to slow it down. Unfortunately although they were correct with that tactic they got blindsided with BSC and the rest is history.

Here and now the FED wanted to coerce many to put that money to work. Yet they also know unemployment of 7.5 isn't going to cut it.

They also know fiscal policy works against their desires. Many didn't grasp what the fed was saying when they used the word coerce. Many are not listening re Fiscal policy. Ol Ben is. He will leave as you have noted. He'll then go some place to help others exploit what he knows.

So yup they do what they can to BUY TIME.. Yet time is going to work against them if they are not careful. If so then it won't be collapse. But it will be some pain for those who don't understand the FED does not have impunity. If they were in a static world they might be but they are not.

My suggestion to an INVESTOR is due your due diligence re FA and don't get sucked in buying something that is too high. No one will give you back your money. Just ask those caught in APPLE.
