Huh? You must not have been listening to the same hearing as the reporter for Law 360.

He reported at 7:06 p.m. ET this evening (May 9) that Judge Isgur has delayed his review of the $691 million sale to CS. Judge Isgur will review the sale at a hearing on May 23, the delay coming as a result the numerous objections filed by creditors.

The fat lady hasn't yodeled yet.

The bonds are now quoted at 1.5, more or less. They were around 3.5 yesterday. Get the message?
