Jeff, the gist of it was that ASND had been setup as a year end tax loss to shield gains in other stocks made during the year. That the price was supposed to continue dropping through the end of the year to provide investors with the opportunity to lock in their losses to cover their gains as needed. However, there seemed to be some consternation with the recent rise in price as the stock was not fulfilling it's role. Or words to that effect. (At the bottom of the page in fine print was a disclaimer stating it was a hoax page.)

Read Wiseowl's reply to this page. It reminded me of the good ole days of CLON (that highly cyclical stock, early April stock).
