it is weird that nobody is fishing.

hell, it's weird that people come on the show expecting to be fed.

they should take it to the next step and not provide any food. Give the players a list of poisonous plants and animals so they can stay away and then let them figure out which grubs and insects taste the best.

My guess is it got too expensive to keep giving away new cars. Seems they don't have Oprah money *s*. All places allow fishing but most location don't allow the killing of game. Since they can't recognize which plants are safe to eat and which aren't they depend on the show producers to feed them. Also I remember the ones that could fish ended up with targets on their backs and were voted out quicker than the fly under the radar types.

Naked? So far only guys have tried that. Didn't work.

Your earlier post today made me think of Johny Fairplay. He never won the game but was fun to watch.

You get your wish. The Discovery Channel now has a show called Naked and Afraid. It's a little like Survivor except for the silly games and a white guy handing out welfare baskets of food for solving a puzzle. Oh, and they aren't given any clothes either.
