He says he is just presenting the problem. I think what he is getting at is: just imagine a future where there is no poverty and no over population and the planet is cared for. That is where we must go. We cannot have a situation where the Waltons have more money that the bottom 40% of the population and we are polluting the entire planet. We need to live at a higher level of understanding than we are now. We need a prosperous middle class and maybe no rich or poor. Things were best for us when we had the 90% tax rate on the rich and strong unions and vibrant social planning.
