I may be wrong, but I believe there was a fellow in N. Korea that actually "setup" that whole underground market a few years ago. I don't think he set it up as underground at the time but after a "crackdown" it MOVED to the underground. The GIST of what I'm saying is that there is NO WAY to undermine the N. Korean Regime. Many of the N. Korean people LITERALLY eat grass and dirt to survive. They have NO information from the outside. There are NO people in the world I feel more sympathy for than the N. Koreans but I don't have any idea how to save them other than to go to war with them and probably 100's of thousands would be killed in that event.
