I was thinking of picking up INTC here but have decided to stay away. Intel typically led the tech market higher, but over the last few weeks it is lagging. I don't know why but i have a feeling we may see a further drop. Comments as to why INTC isn't moving in this market. Most big caps (incluisding MSFT are near highs)

BTW, IBM used to be like Intel, just let results do the talking and don't worry about the stockholders. I LIKE owning the premier high-tech hardware stock with a PE below 20. Why should Andy talk up the price of this stock? Instead, his people are advertising "Intel Inside" to the masses, generating demand for the product--not the stock. McNealy (SUNW) almost had to talk up his company's stock--he has virtually no product PR and the masses don't know the difference between a Sun workstation and a a pair of Sun glasses. And his stock was going into the s_itter! It has wild "mood swings", like McNealy. Same goes for Ellison (ORCL). My INTC investment is the soundest, most promising one I have and I don't think Andy needs to become the emotional bombshell that Ellison. In fact, perhaps not is a good time to sell my SUNW and buy some more INTC!!!
