Cuba is a great place to vacation. And for less than a thousand dollars of school supplies you can make a HUGE difference.. I encourage Canadians without food bank problems to assist the Cuban economy and people. The first time I went there, I spent only about $50.00 on charity. It was probably the equivalent (then) of about $1000.00 here--and that was many years ago... The Cuban people are wonderful. And because of tourists such as myself (said modestly but accurately)...they have hope and they have awareness. Eeeks never did count for much in this world. They watch and they spew shit. They (the Eeeeks) insult and they claim they are Chosen People. They believe they are special. YUCK!!
