Oh you know more than you know. SPXEW is standard and poor equal weighted index. The way it is constructed is a 1 to 1 ratio versus the SPX which is weighted. Meaning for every point of the spx there's many more shares of Exxon then many others within. But with the equal weigthed well it's as it says. EQUAL weighted. I tend to state that one for it reacts faster.

As for XLU. I think you'll get your opportunity.

As for pnf heck just pull up stock charts and select point and figure and then use a tutorial to learn or plug and play where you use user define to set up value boxes and time lines.

There are those who do set the box sizes to faster moves and will trade off of them. I don't suggest you do that. I suggest you use it just as another way to see where you have been and are.
