This is the weekly look at the changes in 12 month target price estimates, number of analysts, and mean recommendations. There was quite a bit of "tweeking" the numbers this week, but for the most part nothing substantial. SPRD had the biggest change in the upward direction in target price, but also had the biggest change to the downside in its mean recommendation. Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
