What's a pogey and why do you need bait?

Actually I agree the stock price is largely as high as it is based on great expectations. But to say it is all hot air and hype truly is not fair. I admit that I am watching each day that passes with the most sincere wish that we will see a real contract announcement. But these things do take time. Two things should keep investors happy for the time being. First we should all remember that our company has sold laundry systems that are receiving great praise. Second the hiring of a heavy hitter in the food processing industry like Mike Lakis was done for only one reason which is to bring in food contracts. It will be done but unfortunately not on our time table.

Question for you do you own any OZON?

Regards, Jeff

How do you figure ...pogey bait? If you had even researched your own handle you would have known that pogey IS the bait! schoonersolutions.com
How can one bait a pogey? I don't know...maybe with seaweed. At any rate I am curious at just what hot air source you are referring to. I am constantly looking for sources of hot air and usually do find and expose them. I found you out didn't I?

Welcome to the OZON thread Pogey Bait. Got to admit you picked one heck of a name! You a former GI? Serve in Nam? That's my guess as to how you picked your name.

Nice of you to join us and take a break from BDLS. Cyclopss has several irons in the fire and is working hard to bring the investor a meaningful return. Check out the company web site at:

cyclopss.com

It is not only informative but will also give you an explanation of what the company is in to.

a. Crown Plaza Hotel in Atlanta has a Cyclopss laundry system going into service this month.

b. Foster-Miller is finalizing testing on the Novel Polymer in the next 6 to 8 weeks. The polymer will be a suitable substitute for PMR15, a material used in both the commercial and defense aircraft industry. Is also a 20 million dollar market. Once testing data is validated, I am certain a news release will be provided to let industry know it is available.

c. Food processing initiative. Read the company write up on the web site. Again good information here.

d. Textiles, biochemistry, food decontamination, waste water processing....the company is working on it all.

By the way, for my fellow Ozoners here is some info on "Pogey Bait"...or atleast what it means to this navy guy.

Pogey Bait is a term similar to gedunk...candy or sweets. Sometimes refered to as food or consumables that can be eaten by field troops in stead of MREs (meals that ready to eat). Pogey Bait is used by field commanders to motivate troops during long hikes and maneuvers instead of meals. Here are a few excerpts from a field commander's guide:

"...Do not assume that a meal issued is a meal fully consumed. Commanders should control the use of "pogey-bait" and non-issue food. Over consumption of non-issue food items often prevents soldiers from eating adequate military rations which ensure balanced nutrition."

Pogey is also the name of a fish. It originates Shad, bunker, shiner, pogey, and no telling how many other names, are all describing the menhaden (Brevoortia patronus). It is a fast moving fish that eats plankton and also scavenges off the surface. Oily in nature it has a distinct smell if you are down wind. It is also one of the best baits used in fishing...alive or dead.

I just read the Captains post...if that is true please accept my profuse apologies for my ignorance of this Naval term. I have nothing but respect for the armed forces and especially those who have served in active duty. If you are a Nam vet then you have especially sincere apologies from me as I believe that those who fought there have not even yet been sufficiently recognized for the heros that they are. Please forgive my ignorance, I have learned a lesson here. I got carried away as I sometimes do in the defense of what I believe in deeply. I still would like to know why you feel the stock is hot air though...
