They are primarily doing standardly accepted analyses of the market, and are moving funds accordingly. They don't know its pretty much a sham, and they can not really care that they are being deceived by the fact that a lot of money out there is just electronic balances that people have chosen to accept, despite the fact, wink, wink, nod, nod, you know what I mean, that the premises on which those balances are based are false.
