Now you should explain how inert chemicals transition to creating information encoding / decoding systems

No need to explain that at all, why should I ? Except that we all know that it did happen, given the 100bil galaxies with 100bil stars it takes only one planet in each galaxy to be so lucky. Actually with that many opportunities for life to spark from chemical evolution on one of those, the odds of this happening are over 100% . The entire universe was encoded from the start according to you anyways by an "intelligent" mind.
(which is sort of redundant but project away)

Also no need to prove evolution is very nearly to the truth , when the leading Intelligent design proponents themselves agree with Darwin, which we didn't really need to hear but it does gladden the heart to see they're honest at least.

Michael Behe states "I believe the evidence strongly supports common descent.".

Similarly, William Dembski explains:

"Intelligent design does not require organisms to emerge suddenly or to be specially created from scratch by the intervention of a designing intelligence
