...a State recruiting ad on the web. They were looking for someone to find new and creative ways to spend hundreds of millions -- or billions... it illustrated a cancer that infests most levels of government. And that's a concern only to the few dozen remaining right wing cranks. The average shlemiel can't figure out that the resulting accumulations of waste are crippling him, his, and their neighbors. Do you think that most people don't understand how waste effects them? It would be most worryisome if you were in fact entirely correct. Sadly, I suspect you are.
